Subject: repairing Cambridge SW Basscube8S

i'm very new to this. the TDA7294 chip appears to be fried on my Cambridge Soundworks BassCube 8S powered subwoofer, and they don't sell parts. the PCB only says 00-00124-01 (no name), other board is there a way to crossreference this to another board more available? does anyone know where i can order another TDA7294 chip, or the whole board to replace in this?
thanks.

thanks for the help. i found a place to get the chip, swapped it out, and it burned out in a second. obviously that was a symptom of the problem, not the cause. any suggestions of what might be wrong?

Sorry, no.

A tech could fix it (I am one), but it may not be economical.

Maybe you could find a plate-amp that would fit.

This one looks like it might fit better, but if you need speaker level inputs you would need to make a little adaptor with three resistors:
